Hello everyone and welcome to my user page! I am relatively new to Wikipedia and am just getting started on learning the basics.

I grew up in a small town in Norhtern Iowa, and have always loved science and math. Currently I am attending Iowa State University to get my bachelors in chemical engineering. I really enjoy my major and my previous internship experience. I'm looking forward to graduating relatively soon and can't wait to begin my second internship this summer.
During my free time I enjoy chatting with my friends, listening to music, watching TV and movies, and cooking now and again. I especially enjoy naps and feel it is never too early in the day to enjoy one (though I rarely get the chance).

Recently I just added my first article: Fluidized bed reactor I was very excited to see that it was nominated for the "Did You Know" section on the main page and did end up appearing there.
I hope that in the future I will be able to add many more articles and to contribute to many others. The nerd in me thinks that this seems like a pretty fun way to pass the time when not burried in homework or other activities.
Also, recommendations are always encouraged, as I am definitely open to comments!
