Interstate 380 (abbreviated I-380) is a spur highway in northeast Pennsylvania that connects Interstate 80 with Interstate 81 and Interstate 84. The northern terminus of I-380 is at Interstate 84 in Dunmore near Scranton at the Throop Dunmore Interchange; the southern terminus is in Tunkhannock Township at the junction with Interstate 80. The entire length of the highway is 24.76 miles. Despite signage, Interstate 380 does not continue to Scranton along Interstate 84. Prior to receiving its current designation, I-380 was designated as Interstate 81E, a spur of I-81. It was also an east-west highway, but in 2002, when the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation renumbered its Interstate Highway system exit numbers, I-380 was re-designated as a north-south highway.
