Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan

Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ibad Khan (alternative spelling: Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan) is currently the Governor of the province of Sindh in Pakistan. He is a key member of the Muttahida Quami Movement, a political party infamous for its involvement in terrorism, especially within the city of Karachi.

In what was seen as a major embarrassment for the country, the BBC News reported that Ishratul Ibad continued to receive financial assistance that the United Kingdom government normally grants only to the needy and disabled even after he became Governor of Sindh.[1].
