[edit] Press Conference
I thought it was Prince Edward (not Prince Andrew) who stormed out the press conference after he asked the press whether they were enjoying themselves and nobody replied.--Jamesedmo 09:37, 6 September 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Celebrity team members
A bit of trivia to insert if this article gets expanded: I seem to remember that Christopher Reeve was one of the celebrity team members, though I don't remember whose team he was on. It was quite a while ago when I watched it. --Deathphoenix 3 July 2005 06:11 (UTC)

Wasn't this officially titled The Grand Knockout Tournament? -Bonalaw 14:42, 27 October 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Correction to Events
I still have this on videotape! Wonderful event. I'm stunned to find out that it was an "embarassment". Correction to the event descriptions: they did not dress up as giant vegetables and throw hams at each other; those were two separate events. The giant vegetable event had six people dress up as giant vegetables (2 of each kind of potato, leek, and onion) and run off, chased down by one person each from 2 opposing teams. The vegetables had to be chased down and the costumes removed (sometimes with force!) and then the costume thrown into a giant black cauldron. The "ham throwing" event was where a royal table sat in front of a pool with foam-covered spinnable logs which had to be crossed lengthwise. The feasting "royalty" (the other team) would throw sponge hams and rolls to try to unbalance the racing contestants. 220.23.58.94 14:07, 5 February 2007 (UTC)Freemount
