Hello. I am JamesTheNumberless, I was once given the name James5738 on an online forum, where the name James was already taken and the sign-up system rather poorly designed.
Most of my contributions will relate to computer programming, or computer games and I use Wikipedia mainly for research into my interests such as history, anthropology, literature and any topics which randomly come into my thoughts, that I wish I knew more about (i.e. just about everything).
[edit] Political Correctness (and where you can shove it)
Some of my more recent comments have been queried as possible racist remarks. I would like to make it absolutely clear, here and now, that I am unabashedly a Jacobean supremacist and believe that only people named James have souls, whereas all other people are in fact of inferior race and will surely return upon death to the land of Lucifer, their Earthly Overlord, to burn eternally in a boiling lake of Balti.
[edit] Reality
I am a Technical Consultant (the oddest title for a code monkey I've yet had) for a Software Company in the sports industry (not to be confused with the sprouts industry). I'd rather be a games developer but don't tell my boss. If you happen to be Ray Muzyka, David Braben or Ron Gilbert please hire me. If you happen to be Peter Molyneux then for the love of God kindly disappear up your own arse and stop bothering us with original but uninspiring games. You are NOT the father of British game development, even Populous was extremely dull and anyone who's ever played a German board game knows you did NOT invent the God-game genre.
[edit] Alternative Reality
When not being myself I am usually Maedhros, the Blood Elf Paladin, although I have been known to be a Dwarf in many realms. My userboxes will give you a rough impression of my main interests, an even rougher indication of my politics and no clue whatsoever about my Iain M. Banks fandom or bothersome lycanthropy.
[edit] Preputial Integrity
Apparently I have led some users to beleive I am of Ashkenazi, Sephardi, Mizrahi, Teimanim or possibly Gruzim ancestry. To paraphrase J.R.R. Tolkien, I must regretfully inform such individuals that I (most probably) cannot be counted among those gifted people.
