Jeff Lindsay is an amateur apologist for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, better known as the Mormons.

His chief career is as a Corporate Patent Strategist and Senior Research Fellow for the Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Neenah, Wisconsin. [1] On the World Wide Web, however, he is best-known for his work in defending the Mormon religion, in particular defending the authenticity of the Book of Mormon using DNA evidence.
Lindsay is a frequent contributor to FARMS, the Foundation for Ancient Research and Mormon Studies, and his resources have been made available by the LDS Church's official website.[2] His work cited by Richard Abanes in One Nation under Gods: A History of the Mormon Church.[1]
[edit] Work outside Mormonism
Lindsay has published more than 50 papers dealing with the use of fluid dynamics in the paper and pulp industry. Lindsay's papers have recieved professional recognition including: Best Paper Award for 1993, Tappi Journal;[3] Best Paper of the 1992 TAPPI Engineering Conference; and Co-winner of the 1988 George Olmsted Award competition from the American Paper Institute for best technical paper.[4]
He also has been a prolific inventor, with more than 86 United States patents and 107 pending published patent applications. Lindsay's patents cover many different fields of study.[5]
