I didn't know of this movie until I saw it listed in the category of cult films.

Oh man. This movie ruled. A Kung Fu musical about Our Lord and Savior Jesus The Christ saving lesbian Canadian vampires. I mean, the only thing it was lacking were ninjas and pirates. Heh heh. Stargoat 20:35, 6 Dec 2004 (UTC)

And the premise sounds good. Too bad they took 3 times more money than "Clerks" and made this monstrosity. Mcpusc 07:09, 22 Jan 2005 (UTC)

It wasn't really 3 times the budget of Clerks. That film was shot for around 28,000 USD, sure, but by the time it got through post-production it ended up costing well over $200,000 USD. Since this film cost a total of $100,000 Canadian--with 8 years of inflation separating the two films--you could basically say this cost a THIRD of what Clerks did. God, I just realized I'm responding to a comment posted nearly a year ago.
