Jimella Tunstall

Jimella Tunstall was the pregnant mother of three children, Demond Tunstall, Ivan Tunstall, and Jinela Tunstall. She was found murdered in a grassy parking lot in East Saint Louis, Illinois on September 22, 2006, her fetus having been cut out. Two days later, on September 24, authorities discovered her three children dead. A suspect identified as Tiffany Hall was arrested and charged with two first-degree murder warrants of Jimella Tunstall and her fetus. Additional charges may be brought against her since the discovery. Tiffany Hall, who police believe to be the best friend of Jimella, has been sentenced to death.
