Jonathon Wells (born August 13, 1988 in Hobart, Tasmania) is an Australian cricket player, who plays for the Tasmanian Tigers. He plays club cricket for Clarence District Cricket Club.
Despite his youth, Jonathon earned a call-up to the Tiger's senior line-up in 2006 due to his impressive form in representative sides over the previous seasons. He was named player of the 2005 national under-17 championships, and was then selected for the initial squad for the Australian team for the 2006 Under-19 World Cup, narrowly missing out on the final cut. He promises big things for the future, and will be looking to break into the Tigers senior line-up as soon as possible.
