I'm a technical writer and a member of the MySQL Documentation Team, where I maintain the documentation for MySQL Cluster and the Cluster APIs. I also wrote the chapters on User-Defined Partitioning and the Event Scheduler in the MySQL 5.1 Manual. You'll find my muddy little footprints in various other portions of the MySQL Manual as well.
Over the past 7 years I've also contributed as an author, reviewer, and editor to several books about Web and Open Source technologies. I know a few things about MySQL, MySQL Cluster, PHP, JavaScript, XML, and the Document Object Model. I also know a few (but not as many) things about Linux, Python, and XSLT.
I live mostly in Brisbane, Australia but spend several months a year in Thailand.
So far, the only Wikipedia page I've contributed to is MySQL Cluster. There may be others. We'll see.
