Lieutenant in jungle service dress, armed with a 9mm Sten Mark V sub machine-gun, Malaya 1953-1955. This uniform was worn by Lieutenant David McMurtrie of B Company, 1st Battalion Somerset Light Infantry (Prince Albert's), while on operations south of Kuala Lumpur from 1953 to 1955.
