Kathy Webb

Kathy Webb (born Blytheville, Arkansas) is an American restauranteur and politician from Arkansas. A Democrat, she is a member of the Arkansas House of Representatives representing the state's 37th district based in downtown Little Rock (district map).
Educated at Hall High School in Little Rock, Webb took her BA in Political Science at Randolph-Macon Woman's College in Lynchburg, Virginia. She has spent her career in the hospitality industry and is the owner of an award-winning restaurant in Little Rock.
A lesbian, she is the first ever openly gay elected official in the history of the state of Arkansas.
