This is a low-resolution image of the first day cover of the Nobel Prize Stamps honoring the winners of 1907, issued by Sweden in 1967. Although this image, Kipling_nobel_fdc1967.gif, may be subject to copyright, I (Sanjay Tiwari 11:44, 28 September 2006 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a low resolution copy of the first day cover;
one of the 1907 awardees shown on the cover is Rudyard Kipling, who is the subject of this article.
it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the cover art in any way;
copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the cover artwork;
