This law has to be applied to every published websites on the french territory, and due to the european treaty, also on the european land.

I was in my entire rights to delete my domain name and my comments, but you prefer to let it. If we take a look to it, this article in the archives of article Poland has nothing to do with the project of the wiki encyclopedia.

Yes, you can block some IP, some account on wikipedia.
Nevertheless, I think that you know what is SSH, and I just allow myself to tell you that I have many rights on different servers, located everywhere. So, I can have any IP adress, I can create million of accounts on wikipedia, maybe you are talking to me on the discussion page of articles or user page .. and you don't know that you are talking to me ;)
Now, I ask you to delete my domain name from your database.
So, the question is : why are you not able to delete my domain name ? It does not belong to you, but to me, I am totally free to ask you to delete it .
P.S : something really more simple. You have blocked IP of Network of important Providers, with millions of connections. So as to do a special unblock, you need to settle a cookie. So it is so easy to get all the new accounts that we want.
