Kuala Muda NAZA FC is Malaysian football club based in Kuala Muda, Kedah. The team competes in the second tier of the Malaysian football league, the Malaysian Premier League. The team is a product of a Malaysian car company Naza. Naza Group of Companies is a well known Malaysian based motor trading and property development company, which began operations in 1974 in Malaysia. Naza Group is the franchise holder for South Korea's Kia vehicles in Malaysia. Two foreign players currently playing with the club. They are midfielder Antonio Vega and Cameroonian forward Richard Bohomo. Chilean striker Christian Carrasco played an important role for the club since the season began but he has been labelled a long-term casualty and was deregistered to enable the club side to engage another foreign striker. Carasco delivered the all-important goal in the 1- 0 victory over the Singapore U-23 in the Malaysian FA Cup 1st Round on Tuesday 6 March 2007 and had consistently found the net in the league.
