La Chaîne Info, or LCI (French: "The News Channel") is a French cable news channel. The network provides 24-hour national and global news coverage.

LCI was created on June 24, 1994, by Christian Dutoit on behalf of the media group TF1.
The broadcast began at 8:30 PM with the live TV news programme featuring Françoise-Marie Morel as presenter. The first guest was the CEO of the channel Étienne Mougeotte.
In 2006, the channel launched an international notoriety plan by appearing several times in the James Bond film Casino Royale.
