Laurens Bake

Laurens Bake was a Dutch poet of the seventeenth century, whose most remarkable work is a collection of sacred hymns. He was born of a distinguished family of Amsterdam, and was lord of Wulverhorst. He died in 1714. A collection of his poems was published by Van den Broek, Amsterdam.
