[edit] Leroi or LeRoi?

According to AllMusic, it's spelled "Leroi." There was another article, LeRoi Moore, whose text was identical to this article. I redirected that article to this one. If it is indeed spelled "LeRoi" then this simply needs to be reversed - we don't need the exact same article under two names. -- Gyrofrog (talk) 01:04, 17 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Yet according to the band's website it is spelled "LeRoi." But it is a moot point for now due to possible copyvio (see below). -- Gyrofrog (talk) 01:40, 17 Jun 2005 (UTC)
I'm moving the page to LeRoi Moore because it is spelled as so on his biography page on the band's website. I've added a footnote to the page as well. -- Crashintome4196 18:12, 27 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Possible copyright violation

Much of this text duplicates the Dave Matthews Band's website. The "Legal" section says the following:

"Dave Matthews Band endorses the creation of fan web sites; however, the images, audio, and video material found on www.davematthewsband.com and www.warehouse.davematthewsband.com belong to Dave Matthews Band and may only be used with the Band's prior consent. Please e-mail us at webmaster@davematthewsband.com to request consent."

(Sorry, no link, it was a pop-up window so I couldn't get the URL.) I'm guessing we need explicit permission (which should appear on this page) before using their content in this Wikipedia article. -- Gyrofrog (talk) 01:40, 17 Jun 2005 (UTC)
