When Lewis's sister, Janet, moves to Cleveland with her daughter, Monica, Drew plans to date Janet. Drew at one point liked Janet when he was involved with her at a summer camp. As a thank you for his one-hundredth hiring, Winfred-Louder gives Drew three tickets to a Rolling Stones concert at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Kate does not want to go and Oswald already has plans so Kate suggests that Drew take Janet to the concert. Lewis is insisent in opposing this idea since he believes that someone will end up getting hurt from the relationship. Drew decides to ignores the warning by Lewis and ends up taking Janet and Monica to the Rolling Stones concert. He really likes Monica, who soon joins the basketball team that Drew and Kate coach. However, Drew discovers that he does not have the same feelings for Janet as had at summer camp, finding her boring and clingy. Janet and Monica embarrass Drew by singing about how great he is at his cubicle in Winfred-Louder. Lewis again warns Drew not to hurt his sister after Drew tells Lewis about the song. When Janet shows up after Monica's basketball practice and proposes to Drew, he gently lets her down and asks to stop seeing her. She accepts the news well, since she knew that they did not have great chemistry, but was only interested in having a new relationship. Drew and Lisa, who continue to be unable to date, have to settle for brief meetings to see each other at the office. The two finally figure that if they start a carpool they will be able to see other. On the way home from the carpool, they end up getting "lost" on the way home to finally have time to themselves.

Drew: Is that a threat?
Lewis: You want me to sing it to ya?
Kate: How did it go?
Drew: We had really great seats. You could almost see the Angel of Death right behind Keith Richards.
