What's the point of creating a template filled with red links? If you think these topics are interesting subjects then create the articles first, create a template to them *afterwards*.
And frankly I disagree these all could create interesting articles -- there's sense in talking Culture of Europe or "Arts and entertainment in Europe" but not about Culture or Arts and entertainment in European Union since these largely fall outside the EU's competencies.
Either way, such a red-link filled template is horrible to the eye. I'm removing all the links that don't lead to articles Aris Katsaris 08:43, Apr 7, 2005 (UTC)
It would seem that as a general principle that creating an outline first and filling in the related articles would lead to a more structured approach than creating articles first and then generating the links and structure afterwards. Another advantage is that it allows people to see which articles are missing and contribute to them. I'm not sure that I buy the comtency argument since arts, culture and entertainnment fall completely outside the comptency of Europe. But perhaps there is an aesthetics argument against red links and especially if there are a significant number of them. It would be nicer if there was a works in progress area but not possible with the existing setup here. Parmaestro 09:12, 7 Apr 2005 (UTC)
