How should we order this list? By name, by publisher, by circulation (number of copies sent out), by country, by theological perspective? I suppose that geography and publisher are usually related. Circulation is significant but may be harder to find out. Theological perspective would not always be easy to judge, and it would be hard to find good references for this. - Country of publication sounds good to me. Put the publishers Initials next to the publication if necessary, ie, R&H or PP or SPC. Ansell 23:10, 8 November 2006 (UTC)
