Two questions: (1) is it being agreed upon, that all Soviet affiliates (OGPU, GPU, NKVD, SMERSH, KGB) are reverted and refered to as KGB (which wasn't used before 1956), and (2) Harold Nicholson is on both KGB list and unknown affiliation list. Thanks. Nobs 14:09, 19 May 2005 (UTC)

I look at this list of Soviet spies and see names I have no problem with - Adrich Ames, Christopher John Boyce and Daulton Lee, Ted Hall, Robert Hanssen, and Klaus Fuchs. Some names I have problems with, like Eugene Dennis, Alger Hiss, Harry Magdoff, Ethel and Julius Rosenberg, Harry Dexter White, William Remington and so forth. This is a [[John Seigenthaler Sr. can't just accuse Harry Magdoff of being a Soviet spy with no proof. [edit] Case Officer vs Spy
I think there's a problem here between the differentiation between these two. A case officer works for an intelligence agency and handles agents, they usually do not do the actual spying. A spy is a person who is actually getting the information, and these are the people that are usually committing treason. There should be two separate lists for these different classifications.
