Little Miss Magic can do many things with her magic, but the most notable was to make Mr. Tickle's arms shrink, reducing him to "one tickle a day or else". He complied, but mischieveously used his "one tickle" for the day on her as soon as he was out of the rrom and his arms had grown back.
