I don't know what you want to change 'preceded by' to, but since this box is used extremely widely on Wikipedia, I recommend you discuss it first. Otherwise you might bump into serious opposition. See here a perfect example of the crappy behavior making wikipedia very uncool to participate in sometimes. Even after I clarify my question which was pretty obvious anyways, mgm does not provide any help at all! All he does is make veiled accusation that I am trying to vandalize the site without having any intention of helping with my legitimate question.
