Louis Israel Dublin

Louis Israel Dublin (1882–1969) was a U.S. statistician.
He was born in Kovno (Kaunas), Lithuania in November 1, 1882, died - March 7, 1969, in Orange, Florida. He earned his Ph.D. at Columbia University in 1904.
