Louisiana Highway 12 (LA 12) is a state highway that serves Calcasieu Parish and Beauregard Parish. It spans 34.58 miles.

State Highway 12 becomes LA 12 after crossing the Sabine River from Texas. LA 12 heads due east and intersects LA 109 and then LA 27 in DeQuincy. LA 12 ends as an underpass to U.S. Route 190.
