1. The image is being used solely to represent Taylor's appearing on the cover of the January 26, 1987 issue of SI and to illustrate the accompanying mention of the issue in the text.
2. No fair use photo could be used to replace the image.
3. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to market or sell the work in any way.
4. This image is of a scaled down resolution and copies made of it will be inferior.
5. The image is being used in an informative way and should not detract from the original work.
6. It represents an iconic moment of the player's playing career as it represents Taylor's appearing on the cover of Sports Illustrated alone the week of Super Bowl XXI.
