though i am dutch, i will exclusively contribute to the english wiki. i hardly see use in the dutch one as every dutch person'd probably look at the english one. the dutch one is a lost cause anyway. everything needs correcting there. and at any rate, i can express myself better in english anyway, despite the frequent errors. 12:23, 8 November 2006 (UTC)
im a carefull editer. i edit pages of various subjects, such as fantasy related ones. but i have no extensive knowledge on any subject. i just like to butt in. youll usualy find me debating or suggesting in the talk pages, or refining pages by wikignoming. i sometimes do the same on en.wiktionary.org as well 19:05, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
i dont think this site is going much places. people whine that its an unreliable source, but i dont know any much more reliable sources. they want you to cite sources with everything said in articles, but thats where it fails, since more often then not the source is less relyable then any genuine wikipedian author. and anyway, as with every bit of information you here or read, take it for what it is. even if whoever wrote it is incorrect, the fact that he/she thinks that enough to add it is information in itself. people just need to be better in judging characters. from the way anything is written you can surprisingly easy estimate with what intention and in what mind it was written, and thus know how reliable it is or isnt. its not that hard. if the avarage wikipedian were a lot smarter, this site would really work... 19:05, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
