The President nominates controversial advocates of campaign finance reform to the Federal Election Commission and also proposes a new drug policy; pollsters Al Kiefer and Joey Lucas return. Toby spars with his ex-wife, Congresswoman Andrea Wyatt.

During Leo's talk in the Press Room, he incorrectly comments that Vicodin and Percocet are Schedule 2 substances. Although the drugs hydrocodone and oxycodone are Schedule 2 when in a product by themselves (as in Oxycontin, which contains only oxycodone), when paired with acetaminophen, as in Vicodin and Percocet, they are considered Schedule 3 substances. Such preparations are known as a Combination product.
