Marko Elsner (born 11 April 1960 in Maribor, FPR Yugoslavia, now part of Slovenia) is a retired Slovenian football player who play in defender role. He is the son of Branko Elsner, also a former footballer.
He played his first match for Slovenia, against Cyprus, 18 November, 1992.
His last match is against Estonia, friendly 7 April, 1993.
