Marquis Downs is a horse race track in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. It features both Thoroughbred and Standardbred horse racing.

Marquis Downs opened in 1969. It is part of the Saskatoon Prairieland Exhibition Grounds. Harness racing was discontinued after the 1987 season, but returned in 2005. Since Yorkton Exhibition last offered thoroughbred racing 2005, it is currently the only such venue in Saskatchewan.

The main track is a five-furlong oval. The grandstand capacity is 4.500.

Marquis Downs offers live thoroughbred racing every Friday and Saturday from late May to the second Saturday of September. Standardbred racing is conducted for the following five weeks, also every Friday and Saturday.
A few stakes races are held at Marquis Downs, most notably the Saskatchewan Derby, Prairie Lily Stakes and Saskatchewan Futurity. However, none of these races is of more than regional importance and all of them are restricted to Saskatchewan-breds.
