[edit] About Mary C. Howse
Mary C. Howse is another one of 10 elementary schools in the West Chester Area School District Named for Mary Chase Howse, a notable member of the school board. All of its students go to Peirce Middle School and Henderson High School. It is located on the edge of the West Whiteland, and West Goshen townships. It teaches basic subjects like math, science, and social studies. MCH first opened its doors to students K-5 in 1962. In 1997, the school was completely refurbished. It opened up new opportunities to the school. The school has also received the National Blue Ribbon Award in 1986, 1990, and 1997.
