Matt Smith (comics)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Matt Smith is the editor of long-running British science fiction weekly anthology comic 2000AD. Starting out as the assistant to Andy Diggle, Smith was appointed as the 9th incarnation of Tharg the Mighty (a humorous term used to refer to the comic’s editor) in January 2002.
After Alan Barnes resigned, Smith also took over the editorship of sister title the Judge Dredd Megazine, making him the sole editor of the entire British adult-oriented comics industry.
Smith has also branched out into writing. His credits so far are a Judge Dredd novel and regular stints on the syndicated Judge Dredd newspaper strips.
