Meaghan Delahunt

Meaghan Delahunt is a novelist. She was born in Melbourne, Australia and now lives on the East Coast of Scotland. In 2004 she was Writer in Residence in the Management School at St Andrews University, and she now lectures in Creative Writing there.
In 1997 she won the Flamingo/HQ national short story prize in Australia. Her first novel, In the Blue House won a regional Commonwealth Prize for Best First Book in 2002, the Saltire Award for First Novel, a Scottish Arts Council Book of the year award and was longlisted for the Orange Prize and shortlisted for the Christina Stead Prize for fiction.
