[edit] Summary
Found at: http://wiki.phantis.com/index.php/Image:Metaxas-papagos-paul-george.jpg It is a picture of the Greek Leaders of the era directing the successful campaign against Italy during WWII. As such it appeared in all Greek newspapers of that era. It is a historically significant photo of a famous dictator and the other Greek leaders of the time, including King George of Greece, heir to the throne Paul of Greece and General Alexandros Papagos.
It is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality)
The photo is only being used for informational purposes.
Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows the subject of this article.
The photo was part of a press release, widely circulated in the public domain through news articles appearing in Greek and international newspapers and Greek Government press releases in the 1936-40 period. Dr.K. 20:36, 8 May 2006 (UTC)
