Mitch Lysak is a singer, songwriter and guitarist for the indie rock band Volcanoless in Canada, as well as founder of the Saskatoon based production company Songs from the Lair.
Born and raised in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, Lysak moved to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan where he became a founding member of the indie rock band Volcanoless in Canada. Together with members Joel Hryniuk, Levi Soulodre, Kyle Kobylka, and Enver Hampton, Lysak recorded and produced Volcanoless in Canada's first CD with Byron Chambers of Activate Studios, Regina, Saskatchewan, in August of 2006. Also in 2006, Lysak founded 'Songs From the Lair', a production and media company. Volcanoless in Canada's self-titled release was the first to be produced through Songs from the Lair.
Lysak has already recorded material for the indie rock groups Things Better Left Unsaid and Godspeed.
Lysak is currently taking Education and Drama at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
