Actually, I didn't know at all that FENU was the new name of FESU, but I looked at List of universities in Russia and saw that this university was listed with two different names.
The move from Far Eastern State University to Far Eastern National University is now completed. To actually move an article you need to use the "move" tab (next to the "history" tab) which will move everything, history as well and leave a redirect at the original location.
