Montana (Монтана) is a province in northwestern Bulgaria, bordering Serbia and Romania. Its main city is Montana, while other towns include Berkovitsa, Lom, Chiprovtsi, Boychinovtsi, Valchredram, Varshets and Brusartsi. The average density of the population is 47.7 people per square kilometer.
Montana is divided to 11 municipalities: Berkovitza, Boitchinovtzi, Brusartzi, Varshetz, Valtchedrum, Georgy Damyanovo Lom, Montana, Chiprovtzi and Iakimovo.
