While watching a trailer for a fictitious sequel to the film Weekend at Bernie's, a news flash comes up about an escaped criminal. Later, the two hear noises from outside. After going outside to investigate, the two trade insults they get in a fight. Meanwhile, the killer comes out from the bushes and pounces at them with a knife, but as he lunges they unintentionally shove each other out of his range. They then notice him and conclude he might be looking for the killer as well. After telling him their plan to find the killer and get the reward, the killer then reveals his plan, as well as the "KILLER" tattoo.
Beavis and Butt-head stand amazed, but think it says "Kyler", which amuses the killer, who then proceeds to talk about voices in his head telling him to kill. Beavis reveals that he also hears voices, and proceeds to go into a rant. The killer then goes to turn himself in, but wants to give them something to remember him by. He leads them indoors carrying his knife.
At the end of the episode, Beavis and Butt-head are struggling to sit down due to the pain of their fresh tattoos; meanwhile, a news report says the killer turned himself in after hearing voices and became a tattoo artist in the jail, giving similar tattoos to the other inmates.
