Overhaul of Classical Music Section? The classical music section of the page has gotten extremely long and clogged, and nothing is sorted in any way. It's basically just been that any time a new song has been added, it just gets posted at the bottom instead of in any order. I was also wondering if it's entirely necessary to list what part of an episode a classical piece is from, since we certainly don't do it with the APM music (that would get unreasonably large).

A couple ideas I have: One is to sort the section by composers, with last names first, comma, followed by their first. Then we can list all the pieces that they wrote which were used in the show. The other idea is to sort the list alphabetically by piece. The downside to this idea is that some pieces are spelt differently from language to language, although it's not a HUGE problem.

At any rate, though, something needs to be done. It's really not very pleasing to read at this point in time. What do you think of the idea? Any scenario you like better? Sb2007 02:14, 8 April 2007 (UTC)

Question 2 Was "On the Street" (on album STT 5) ever played on Ren and Stimpy? Its melody sounds familiar. - Not to my knowledge.

Question 3

Were the following tracks ever used in Ren and Stimpy: "Alley Cat" (on album CAS 24), "Battle to the Death" (on album CAS 1), "Too Hot" (on album CAS 18)? They sound familiar. Maybe they were on SpongeBob instead, I dunno. "Alley Cats" is the title card music for the SpongeBob episode "Have You Seen This Snail?" It also plays later in the same episode when Gary is wandering through the city looking for food. Not sure about the other two, though.

Stimpy's Big Day: -During the very first Log commercial, the bass notes that play while the announcer asks the kid what he wants to play, before the boy decides on Log.
Space Madness: -The tense music that plays when Ren snaps and demands, "I need some real food!" and bangs his head on the table.
Marooned: -The dramatic music that plays when Ren and Stimpy fall down the alien's esophagus. It's also heard in "Hard Times For Haggis" when the dog tears apart the Haggis doll.
Untamed World: -The brass fanfare that opens the episode, right before Ren starts talking.

The Royal Canadian Kilted Yaksmen: -The montage when Ren and Stimpy first start their journey. It's an orchestral, dramatic piece that is heard elsewhere in the series.

-From the short "Sugar Sod Pops", the tune that plays throughout. It's another '50s sitcom-ish piece.

Man's Best Friend: -The goofy music that plays when George Liquor exits the pet store and skips down the street.

-The sitcom-ish song that plays when George Liquor, Ren, and Stimpy are first seen in George's house. It's heard in other episodes, too, such as "Ren's Toothache". -The intense music that plays when George Liquor is maniacally ordering Ren and Stimpy to "get on that couch!" -The dramatic sting music that plays right after Stimpy gets off George's couch. It plays in numerous other episodes.

A Yard Too Far: -When Ren and Stimpy dress up as Mr. Pipe's wife to try to get the hog jowls. It's a goofy tuba and wind piece.

-When Ren tries to woo the baboon and gets worms thrown in his mouth. It's a '50s sitcom-ish piece. -The vibraphone music that plays at the very end of the episode, when Ren and Stimpy are enjoying the hog jowls.

Ren's Pecs: -The beach/surf music that plays when Stimpy is sunbathing. It plays twice in the episode.
An Abe Divided: -The jazzy showbiz-style piece that plays when Ren daydreams about driving out of Abe Lincoln's head in a convertible full of babes.
Jiminy Lummox: -The sting music that plays when Ren scares the baby birds in the nest.
Hard Times For Haggis: -The freeform jazzy/bass piece that plays towards the beginning while Haggis nervously looks at the clock, waiting for his show to start.
