Dr. Cox reels from Ben's death, while Jordan copes with the help of two annoying friends from out-of-town. A new, neofeminist attending surgeon has Turk questioning whether he's sexist, while he and Elliot argue over which doctors have it worse: women or minorities. Carla teaches a sexual harassment seminar to Cox, The Todd, and Dr. Kelso.
