There is a lot of stuff missing from this article. How the directorate is organized for example (which can be found here: http://www.nsm.stat.no/Om-NSM/Organisasjon/Organisasjonskart/), that they have the responsibility for the National Computer Emergency Center (NorCERT), and a lot of other publicly available information.
And there is nothing about NSMs responsibilities related to the security laws in Norway. The difference in responsibilities between FSA and NSM is not mentioned at all.
