Wolf Road is a business thoroughfare in the Town of Colonie, Albany County. It runs parallel to I-87 (the Northway) between exits 2 and 4. The south terminus is at NY 5 and the north terminus is at CR 151, Albany-Shaker Road. It is maintained by NYSDOT as Reference Route 910B.

The southern terminus of Wolf Road interleaves with the cloverleaf interchange of Exit 2E, I-87. Traffic exiting from I-87 north meets a traffic signal; traffic may cross NY 5 as Wolf Road begins. Traffic from I-87 south must navigate a clover leaf loop, then move to the far left two lanes to access Wolf Road. Wolf Road southbound traffic may directly access I-87 north with a short connector to the ramp from NY 5 east; all other traffic meets NY 5 at the aforementioned traffic signal. A right turn accesses I-87 south, eventually to I-90 and the Thruway.

Traffic from I-87 north using exit 4 meets Wolf Road 0.1 miles south of the northern terminus. At the terminus, a traffic signal with Albany-Shaker Road allows access straight ahead for I-87 north, or a left for access to I-87 south, NY 155, and the Albany International Airport. Traffic from I-87 south uses exit 4, turns left at NY 155, goes southward 0.3 miles to Albany-Shaker Road, turns left under I-87, and turns right onto Wolf Road.

Wolf Road is a major business route with four travel lanes, as well as a center left-turn lane its entire length. It is the primary thoroughfare for several shopping plazas and freestanding stores. Also, Wolf Road serves as a main access point for Colonie Center, one of the Capital District's largest enclosed shopping malls.
