The Nicky Rackard Cup 2007 will begin in June 2007. This will be the third time this element of the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship will be played.

Thirteen teams will participate in the 2007 Nicky Rackard Cup. The teams are divided into three groups roughly based on geographical criteria. The groups are identical to the Nicky Rackard Cup 2006 except that in 3C Roscommon replace Derry, who have been promoted. It is not yet decided which group Europe will be placed into.
- Group 3A: Sligo, Tyrone, Donegal and Fermanagh
- Group 3B: Louth, Cavan, Armagh and Leitrim
- Group 3C: Roscommon, Warwickshire, Longford and Monaghan
