Nico Slater is a fictional character in the American dramedy series Ugly Betty. She is played by Jowharah Jones.

Nico Slater is Wilhelmina Slater's rebellious but strong-willed daughter. She has spent many years attending various boarding schools but returned to New York City to make matters worse for her mother in the hopes of getting her attention. She is also a supporter of PETA, which infuriates the fur-loving Wilhelmina.
Nico's attitude is also a spitting image of that of her mother. Wilhelmina admitted that she also had a rebellious streak when she was Nico's age, although Nico sees it as a joke and thinks it's just a ploy to convince her that Wilhelmina really cares about her. However, in "Four Thanksgivings and a Funeral" she buried the hatchet after finding the Thanksgiving dinner her mother spent time and effort to prepare.
When she is not around her mother, Nico spends time in Dubai with her father.
