Sorry, I added this to the deletion votes because it does not appear notable. Articles on Wikipedia generally are deleted if they are dictionary definitions as there is a sister project, WikiBooks for such. However, foreign words (such as Norbu) are generally excluded. Thanks. Molotov (talk)
