NRA Division
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The NRA Division, 師, was a military unit of the Chinese Republic. Its original followed the pattern of the Division organization of the early Republic, which was a square division. Under the strains of the Second Sino-Japanese War it was transformed into a triangular division to simplify the command structure. The Chinese had at least 310 Infantry Divisions of various types, 23 Cavalry Divisions, and one Mechanized Division, (the 200th) during the Second Sino-Japanese War.
