The NSWRL Jersey Flegg Cup is a junior rugby league competition played in New South Wales, played between teams made up of players aged under 20. The competition is administered by the NSWRL and run concurrently with the National Rugby League (NRL). The competition, which in 2007 will be made up of 14 NSW-based clubs, includes both junior representative teams of NRL and NSWRL Premier League clubs that do not field a team in the NRL competition.
The competition is named for Harry "Jersey" Flegg a former player (playing in 1908 and 1909 for Eastern Suburbs) and prominent administrator of the game between 1909 and 1960. Prior to the Jersey Flegg monkier, the competition was called the President's Cup (in honour of the President of the NSWRL), where the age groups were first Under 23's, then changed to Under 21's.
