NWA is a three-letter abbreviation for:
- National Weather Association, meteorological society based in Charlottesville, Virginia.
- National Wrestling Alliance, a group of professional wrestling promotions.
- National Wrestling Association, an offshoot of the National Boxing Association. It is believed that it has some connection to the National Wrestling Alliance, but that connection is disputed.
- New Weird America, the musical movement based around acid folk from the early 2000s.
- Niggaz With Attitude, hip hop group from Compton, California, one of the first gangsta rap groups.
- Northwest Afternoon, a local television talk show produced in Seattle, Washington.
- Northwest Airlines, the ICAO code for the airline. The acronym also serves as part of the airline's current graphic identity.
- Northwest Arkansas, a region of the U.S. state of Arkansas best known for the University of Arkansas and the headquarters of Wal-Mart and Tyson Foods.
