State Route 872 is an east-west state highway in the southeastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its western terminus is at State Route 7 about 3½ miles south of Shadyside, and its eastern terminus is at the West Virginia state line on the Moundsville Bridge over the Ohio River. The 4-lane route is a less than ¾ of a mile in length.
